How To Throw the Ultimate Barnyard Bash Birthday Party!
Are you looking for the perfect birthday party theme that’s fun, memorable, and easy to pull together? Let me tell you all about a Barnyard Bash birthday party that one of our lovely clients threw using digital downloads from our party printables collection and items from our rental collection.
Here’s how our client used our printable party products and rentals to create a magical event - and how you can too!
The Invitation Sets the Tone
First impressions count, right? Our client began by editing and downloading the digital invitation from our Barnyard Bash Collection. She personalized it with all her party details and sent it out via email and text message. The cute design, featuring playful farm animals, a bright pink barn, and gingham accents, got guests excited from the get-go!
Barnyard Printable Party Products: The Perfect Finishing Touch
Our client took full advantage of our barnyard-themed printable collection, and the results were fabulous. Here’s how she used the digital downloads:
DIY Table Centrepiece: A sweet and personalized set of coordinating centrepieces adorned the kids' table, carrying the theme and design from the invitation to the event space.
Table Place Cards: Each seat at the kids table had tent cards indicating where they were to sit. This printable collection comes with 2 designs of tent cards that coordinate beautifully, and can be edited to create table place cards with names, and food labels as well!
Activity Page: Our activity page provided a fun and calming activity for the little guests to partake in as soon as they arrived.
Drink Wrappers: Our coordinating drink wrappers are designed to be used with juice boxes, water bottles, and milk bottles, like the ones pictured. Simply print, cut, and attach, and you’re done!
The best part? These designs were all downloadable, so our client could print them at home or at a local print shop, making it simple and affordable to transform the party space.
High-End Party Rentals for the Ultimate Experience
Our digital printables weren’t the only stars of the show! The client also took advantage of our premium rental collection and balloon install to elevate the event. Here’s how they brought the barnyard theme to life with our rental items:
Chiavari Chairs: Instead of using standard plastic chairs, they opted for our elegant Chiavari chairs, which added a touch of sophistication to the rustic barnyard setting. The chairs were a big hit with both kids and parents, making the setup feel more special.
Folding Tables: For the main dining area, our folding tables were adorned with pink and white gingham tablecloths. The tables were perfect for keeping the layout spacious while maintaining the farmyard feel.
Flower Centrepieces: The client also rented our gorgeous faux-flower centrepieces that featured yellow daisies, wildflowers and mason jars. These added a beautiful, organic touch to each table, keeping the vibe charming and rustic, yet elegant.
Balloon and Backdrop Install: Finally, we provided the backdrop and balloon install on site, which was definitely the show-stopper of the event!
I love this theme so much, that I opted to use it for my daughter’s 6th birthday party as well! We held it at a darling local farm, and I utilized other parts of the digital printable collection:
Gable Box Cover: Each child received a farm-themed favour box, complete with small toys and goodies, all decorated with our printable collection. Check out our YouTube video here to see how easy it is to create these stunning and meaningful party favour boxes.
Itinerary: I created an itinerary in the same theme that accompanied the invitations so guests knew what to anticipate throughout the day. The possibilities are endless.
